Carry-on Luggage

New Safety Regulations for Hand Luggage:
On flights that start in countries of the EU, including internal flights, restrictions are now in place on the carrying of liquids:
Liquid and gel-like products, such as hygienic and cosmetic articles, are permitted in hand luggage as long as they meet the following requirements:
• One bag per person
• Containers with liquids and similar products may contain up to 100 ml (the printed maximum fill level applies)
• All individual containers must be completely transported in a transparent, resealable plastic bag (e.g. "zipper" bag) with max. 1 litre volume
• The bag must be presented separately during the security check
Medications and special foods (e.g. baby food) that are required on board during the flight can be transported outside of the plastic bag but must also be presented during the security check.
Duty-free articles may be taken on board if they were purchased at airports in the EU or on board an aircraft of an EU airline and are carried in a sealed bag and provided that a sales receipt for the same day exists. The sealing of the articles will be performed at the point of sale.
Articles and bags that do not meet these criteria may not be taken on board.
